About Jabri Vaughn
I was not always the person writing books about building from the inside out.
For years I was the agent in the room. The one showing up to every event, getting on every morning call, trying every system, switching agencies, switching brokers — doing everything everyone told me to do to become a top producer. And still barely scratching the surface of what I knew I was capable of.
I remember flying out to an event my agency was hosting. I paid for the flight. I paid for the ticket. I showed up ready to finally feel something click. They talked about everything they did to get their results. Every milestone. Every breakthrough. And I sat there surrounded by people who were fired up — and felt absolutely nothing.
Not because the information was bad. But because I had stopped being motivated by the work itself and was only showing up because I wanted a way to make a lot of money. That day I finally had to be honest with myself about that.
I remember locking eyes with the founder. I told him I was going to grace that stage one day as a top owner.
My words fell flat. Because neither of us believed me.
But that moment — as quiet and deflating as it was — was the beginning of everything.
It was the moment I stopped following everyone else's path and started asking myself what my burn was actually pointing toward. And the answer changed everything. My desire was never to become a top producing agent. It was to build something that would help agents everywhere build on their own terms.
That understanding led me to write So You Want to Become a Top Producer — the book I needed in that room that day. And it led me to create the Flowency Operating System — an all in one inbound lead system built for independent insurance agents who are ready to stop depending on expensive lead vendors and start running a real business.
Today I work at the intersection of personal development and entrepreneurship. Helping people identify the burn inside of them, understand what it is really asking for, and build a life and a business around it.
Not from the outside in. From the inside out.
That is what everything I build is for. And it started in a room where my words fell flat and nobody believed me.
